  Odeon Towers, a little designers' building opposite Raffles Hotel.
  
  They have all sorts of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.. been there for an exhibition, but haven't tried the drinks..
  
  It's outdoors though, so you can sit with a few friends and just enjoy the night breeze.
