4 officials gave him 4 different sales taxes and VAT... and each had a complete breakdown of their figures and each gave him an official document...

when he reported that to his bosses, the bosses decided not to do business there
I dun understand why they cant verify the information before they give it out...what someone told my parents is totally different from what the person told me today...and it is not even a slight difference.
I hate getting wrong information all teh time, and it is like a waste of my time and phone bill to keep calling them only to be told the wrong thing

i did that in singapore once over a bill by Singnet (then) and they were very afraid..
but never rant at them if they are trying their best.. or attempting to rectify the situation.. only if they don't care and don't do anything.. coz they will deserve it

usually, be patient.. until it gets ridiculous then they don't have a case whatsoever...
that's what happened with the Singnet one.. at that time, i already terminated the ISP thing with them for 2 months already because their system could not handle a 33.6 modem (yes. that long ago )
they had the audacity to send me a bill and charge me for 5 hours of use! when i could not even access their system!
oh well.. enough ranting on my side.. i need to go nap soon

The key is remain calm. Especially in exams also lo. U must make sure u are comfortable in ur seats. mirrors correct... n in any situation.. remember left foot always is clutch.
