  but still need to plan the course schedules for the classes i will be teaching...
  
  then just now got scolded by boss for coming late to work, when the clock at work is always 10 mins faster, and even when I come earlier I cant go up to the office cos the main door not open, need to wait for the head of dept to arrive first only then can go in and punch card

  Yep. You will be doing relief teaching until the next intake. That period will count towards your 3 years teaching bond.
  
  But ermmm....Singaporeans and foreigners the same meh? Never thought about it. I know we locals have 3 years bond. Foreigners too?
