Personally, I'm sick of Malays saying that Hady should be supported because 'he is one of our kind'.Originally posted by LazerLordz:turned on the telly and am watching the Idol for the first time.![]()
Honestly, I've avoided watching the show since day one.Originally posted by fudgester:Personally, I'm sick of Malays saying that Hady should be supported because 'he is one of our kind'.
Or posters around NUS telling undergrads to vote for Jon as 'he is one of your students'.
If I do vote for someone, I vote for whoever has better capabilities. The fact that Hady is a Mat or Jon is an NUS senior does not influence my vote in any way at all. To me, whoever is the better singer gets my vote.
Yet somehow I feel it's going to go down into a popularity contest to see whether the Mat or the Beng wins.
Sigh.... please vote for talent, people....
Well, I did watch the show on day 1 for the laugh factor.Originally posted by LazerLordz:Honestly, I've avoided watching the show since day one.
Because I think it's all a sham and real talent is always sidelined for the one who gets the most whistles and screams from the girls.
I don't even care if who is from NUS or what.![]()
