my local japanese place dont have udon tis good
tis udon is frm a special shop in one of the local providence in japan..n tis place is famous for udons..
cos in japan, diff places specialises in diff stuffs..eg..dumplings, ramen, tea, pizza, etc
n u know how the udon is dried? well..the instructions was to cook it for 30min...n we are not allowed to stir or break it up (i tot if i stir or break it up, it will cook faster ma)...
erm..maybe i jus add an egg, or sliced spring onions as garnish cos simple is best to enjoy the flavour
have u tried the pork bone ramen soup? the soup is white colour -

ddnt taste nice at 1st ..but tastes pretty good when cooled down

all i had was liver pate infused wit garlic
eat it with bread....
cos it was a communal fridge, my flatmates was pretty unhygienic..and after a few days..mold was growin on my pate -
