no lar, last time surgery, then after that is check ups
then got other funny things, like ingrown toenail, which polyclinic have this policy of referring minor surgeries to NUH
that one realli stupid, coz i had problems of ingrown and my first one was done in my GP's clinic -

i was told 6 months after surgery can go already.. and i did a few more times before i ended up doing office hours...
after that, when doing shifts, intermitten illnesses made me take medication so cannot go...
now office hours and on medication, even worse
