  yeah.. valium is.. but it's mainly to quieten the nerves to make sure the pain doesn't stop me from sleeping.. been told by the doc to take one nightly.. for that..
  
  along with the painkiller which is also an anti-inflammatory..
  
  hopefully i'll heal by next week...
