I've already lost 2kg from two weeks of fasting. That's slower than previous years - I lost 5kg in last year's fasting month.
Then again, a bout of gastroenteritis a few weeks ago made me lose 2kg within 36 hours.
So I literally have nothing to lose for this current fasting month. -
I also want to lose weight, spare tyre around stomach.

some of my old colleagues seem to gain weight during the fasting month.. i have a feeling they actually eat more when they break their fast than they do on a normal day because we were all too busy to properly eat..
right now, i feel kinda bloated... i didn't eat much (when compared to when i was well) but maybe the stomach does really shrink when you eat less
