  take a break, you can't study whole day, go play some games, relax or whatever for 1 or 2 hours. or jsut sleep early today

  hmmz jc and poly. if you know what you want to do poly is better btu ore exp i guess.
  
  if you don't know what you really want to do, but do want to further studies in uni then go jc or if you are sure you can do well and want to go to local uni.
  
  if you want to go overseas uni then go poly better, its noramlly faster going for the poly-overseas uni route. makes one wonder if we are being penalised for being poor doesn't it?
