Seriously, I can't eat much at 5am in the morning. I usually just have a normal breakfast (cereal, a sandwich, etc....). I just aim for around 30-40% fullness in the morning. -
i do get out of the house.. to see the physio and the doctor
just realised it's lunchtime and i don't want to go squeeze with the crowd in IMM.. i'll go a couple of hours later -
