Can't say the same about Samsung, though. It's a long story, but suffice to say that I yelled my head off at the customer service manager, got one of their customer service operators in deep sh*t and threatened to go to CASE.
That's what happens when you treat your customers with contempt. I'll respond in kind with even more contempt. I'll never buy Samsung products again.
