maro i wanna ask sth about signing the loan agreement for car...i m sure u signed before? unless u bought all ur car on cash...
Anyway yesterday went to sign the loan agreement...then to my horror I found out that all the documents are blank! As in the loan agreement form from the bank is totally blank, dun have stated loan amount, interest rate, how much I am supposed to pay per month etc. Then the sales person just told me to sign, they will fill it in later.
Suspicious, I told them I would not want to sign until they have some proper documentation to show me how much I have to pay per month. I am afraid that they will just luan luan write the amount on the document you know, after I sign it? Then that time they will just pretend that I have already read the document and saw all those amount before since my signature is already there...
So last time anyone who sign any sort of loan documents, can sign when it is totally blank one meh?
I am going back to the office on Monday, they said they will show me a file with all the numbers, but the document I am going to sign will still be blank. wtf man. -
Well, first things first...
an Agreement is sign upon reading the contract based on the physical paper itself. And hence signing a blank one.. is like signing a blank check and they get to fill the ammount in later.
so far i have no signed no BLANK de agreement. I know i paid mine 60K cash. then the rest loan for 3 years. N also got agreement based on it. They alter , reprint. -
Buy second hand... i think 10K can buy a kelisa ah.. how much is urs ?brand new ?

yea i refused to sign a blank document...i told them they will be able to fill in watever amount they like...if they insist on monday i will ask to talk to the manager...
too bad i have already paid the booking fee, now i cant even change dealer -

got ! I swear, i talked to my friend who owns a car dealer shop , he tell me second hand ones. haha...now he asked me to go to the bank to sign...cos he said the loan thing is made by the bank de...so if i wan to get all the figures etc then i need to go to the bank and sign in the office there... -
