  the dentist will give you painkillers.. at that time, i wasn't allergic to Synflex.. it worked a jiffy... but you got to go back after a week or something to remove the stitches..
  
  hurt for a day or so.. but don't take that as a guide because i've got an obscenely high threshold for pain

  i hope it'll be okay.. btw, the roots of that tooth was hooked so it was a mess and kind of traumatic for me..
  
  but came out okay.. headache tho'.. lots of drilling involved

  impacted.. it was growing out sideways and pushing the rest of the teeth sideways and causing some pressure to build up..
