  some chinese channel on 55
  and HBO
  
  usually watch sports and the 3 documentary ones only
  
  p.s. forgot Nick Toons, Disney Channel and Cartoon Network.. of which i usually watch only CN

  strange.. i used to have MTV.. now maybe the folks wanted something else and did a swap, because i remember a while ago, we didn't have HBO

  but i like to watch lehz..i mean yeah some too obscene, but some hits i jus wanna watch e mtv lehz..really nice...like to see them dance..and always wonder how they can dance so well..

  the folks chose the channels and the cable box is stolen from another room

  depends on what size you want and what brand you like..
  
  my folks bought a 21" Akira tv in their room which works fine.. for $169
  
  i tried to give them my 29" but before i knew what happened, they already got one
  
  i wanted to get a small flat crap-brand LCD.. which is very cheap these days

  we jus got a 32" LG in e living room...my room not much space lehz..unless they mount..but hmm quite a challenge still..cos e furnitures are mostly fixed.

  ahh.. if nothing to do, go walkwalk at places like BEST...
  
  they have these small flatscreens.. and sometimes those brands like Akira or Ichiban, very good value
