  yeah.. driving home in lunatic driver mode..
  
  had dinner and showered...
  
  now in front of my computer
  
  my back? no more pain but the ache is sometimes murder
  
  still, getting better albeit slowly... too slow for my liking

  slipped discs are messy things my tutor back in school had a slipped disc too and she was frequently on MC and walking around with a stick but she's alot older than you hehehe

  Guard is closing the office. N i dun want to be around.. not far from here last nite got robbed , 6 masked men tied up a guard at our sister companies cement factory.
  
  Think gonna have 2 more armed guards here by next month.
