  i was on some medications, antibiotics, and i put on quite a bit of weight manz...after i got off it, i lost weight...quite quickly.
  
  not to say tat tall pple cant gain weight too mahz.
  also dependent on many other factors.

  If i could motivate myself to ride everyday and eat the amount i do now i might just end up with 8-10% body fat left.

  acrylic.. it's plastic, not glass

  Okinawa Aquarium is amazing.. they built a prosthetic tail fluke for a bottlenose dolphin which tail had gangrene after an infection.. so cute
  
  now they're showing the deep sea exhibit.. i've always been fascinated by the deep water critters
