  I called out the customer service manager, created a huge ruckus and told him point-blank that I should have bought either Canon or Nikon cameras instead of Samsung. To seal the verbal tirade, I threatened to go to CASE if he didn't do something drastic in the next few days.
  
  As a result, one customer service operator got fried big time and I got a one-to-one exchange for my digicam.
