  oh yah.. haha... i have been typing out that story of mine for 8 hours straight. phew. now its aching like hell. and it doesnt help even when i lie down.

  a trick of mine.. flip over to tummy and reach with your hands as far as you can go while reaching with your feet as far as it goes too..
  
  or lie flat on your back, grab a towel with both your hands, straighten your arms and raise your arms over your head.. repeat...

  it helped as long as i am in that position. when i resume sitting, the ache came back... very pain.
