i think it's good exercise to set it at maximum then try to walk without adding to the step count it's like tai chi. -

mine is a cheapo one... given by the rec club at work..
it's okay.. i think i'll just walk for about 1/2 to 3/4 hours gently at first...
i'll go walk on the pebbles bit.. get some circulation going in the feet and body..

i prefer to walk in the morning...
it feels kinda depressing to walk at night...
in the morning, the air is easier to breathe in
it's pretty cool too,
and the rising sun and birds chirping just makes u think it's going to be a beautiful day -

if in the morning, i have to wake up at 5am and it's all dark.. and i don't want to be tired when i go to work.. and mostly, i hate waking up so early
