carrots, onions chopped up... softened a big pot.. add porcini and button mushrooms.. remove from pot
lots of venison, equal amount of pork, brown and add the vegetable mix...
add a can of tomato and some tomato puree... add the mushroom water from porcini and some Lea & Perrin sauce.. slowly allow to cook in a covered pot with the lid slightly off
mash parsnips and potato for top...
put to the top of the hugeass pan where the filling is put in.. dash worchestershire sauce and knobs of butter on the top after you score it with a fork (to allow to crisp in the oven)
bung in oven and cook until top is slightly browned and crisp..
serve -
