While I was taking the super-slack Spec II course in SMM, we had two canteen breaks a day. My weight ballooned to 66kg at one point in time.
Eventually after cutting down on canteen food and jogging every night, I cut it down to 64kg within two weeks.
Then the fasting month came right after that - and I lost 6kg in that month to 58kg.
I'm now 59kg, give or take half a kilo. -
