It's one of the affected CDs that was bundled with rootkits. Now, no more rootkits, they now bundle spyware.

i read some reviews for this card and doesnt seem that good, so thinking about either this card or the Singtel Hello card...tho that one the rate is slightly higher.. -
Not sure. As far as I know, only US and Canadian citizens sued them. Sony offered to pay Californian citizens, but only if they show proof. Hell to Sony for that.
