  cut off from fast food, next to go out of my eat list is snacks, then the fried stuff.
  
  In my kopitiam always eat nasi lemak, then fried chicken wings, everyday also fried....
  
  Then to ride and exercise more....

  Last year winning Malaysia was just damn lucky. Our football scene is long dead. Goal 2010 better change to Goal 2100.
