Went to buy my ps2 today.
Wasted trip.
Went to my neighbourhood electronics store, the shopkeeper was different, the price quoted heck lots more.
Two days ago when i went, there was this nice guy who explained to us nicely about product specs and misc, today, we got met by some pug faced biatch who well, somewhat pointed ur her nose and gave rubbish.
"kaki(K): auntie, ps2 how much ah?"
"shopkeeper(SK): "ignores"
"K: *repeats"
SK:200+, turns to give disapproving glare.
Me: then how much with a modchip, two controllers and a memory card?
SK: 390.
me: but the uncle quoted me 280 two days ago?!? (looks into her face)
SK:*seemed rather speechless, quietly said "maybe 280 no mods"
The uncle quoted me 280, then told me his PS2s came ready with mods one lor, how come this time no mods at all.
In the end, felt a bit pissed, went out of the shop and bought nothing. -
