hi bear... how's your health?? better or not?Originally posted by the Bear:poor sb... go go
coz destressing is pretty good therapy and will help most people do stuff better
yeah, that's probably why my body dragged me to the cinema to watch some show that doesn't require much brain activity.Originally posted by the Bear:pretty good.. kinda tired coz i've been working 12 days in a row.. 13 tomorrow then the weekend
i hope you get your reports done well.. but do take a break.. a few hours helps...
i took a friend to go run around the city in melbourne once because he was way too stressed.. we ran around, played computer games at the arcade, bought kazoos and played with them, went into CD shops to listen to stuff, ate and did silly things...
he was more relaxed and then slept like a baby, and was much better the day after
erm..... i rather think that mad-sprint i did this afternoon after my bus was more than enough.Originally posted by fudgester:I go jogging to destress.
You might want to try it - I usually feel much better after a 5 km nighttime jogging session. Aerobic exercise, after all, does promote the release of feel-good endorphins.
It doesn't have to be a long run - 2.4km at a slow pace is good enough.
Heck, I think 1.6km should be enough.![]()

so how are things in the forum?
For the worst i guess, but hor, my place here, two classes still close like before.Originally posted by mystiv:grrr. my school administration is screwed up
the long and short of it is that they decided to disband our class, and create 2 new classes. cb![]()
