as for that 1st NUS crush, he has been upgraded to the status of "acquaintainship", since i now know more about him than a crush is allowed to be known. (we sms each other sometimes see?)
see, the problem with getting to know a person is, he will no longer be "perfect" in your eyes. his flaws and shortcomings become more and more conspicuous. and crushes, in my opinion, does not tolerate that. true love, of cos, is in an entirely different league. but crushes, hell no.
as it is, i no longer held a crush for him. but i so look forward to a friendship with him. -

anyway, i got some questions for all...
recently in friendster i received a message from a complete stranger guy (from 2 months ago. i check my account like once every 4 months, keke). from his profile, everything i know about him is his name, age and education institutes he was in.
i gave my email to him (since i will not go friendster in another couple of months), and the first mail i got, he gave me his email and number and asked to meet for coffee, better to know each other with.
blink blink.
i rejected it, of cos. politely.
then he informed me that friendster is a safe platform to meet guys. and gave me his number again, asking for a phone chat since that will be easier to let us know each other better.
blink blink.here are some questions.
1) am i being too conservative, or is he moving a little too fast?
2) is meeting people you don't know AT ALL the norm in friendster now?
3) is calling up a total stranger for some phone chat something that is prevalent in society now?
4) did he really expect the gal to agree to those?
5) do guys in general expect gals to agree to meeting and calling following the scenario i painted above? -

2) Yea It's the norm, but I do believe that that will only happen when both parties are comfortable enough to meet up with each other. Try doing back the usual style, email->msn->phone->meetup

5) Perhaps I'm not part of the 'guys in general' group lolx as I can't foresee my self doing that. No common topic to chat will result in awkward silences when meet up/phonecall :3 -

Many ppl want Sweet Sweet red wine without the soury after tase. BUt unfortunately, sweet comes with a slightly more acidic finish. Unless u go for the 1000 dollar ones that has been there for 15 yrs or more now thats a whole new level.If you are talking Fruity sweet , then maybe the shiraz with longer taste but depends what year and by who.GSM's are good too. So its not just a Sweet Red Wine. Most ppl when they want Sweet.. they mean sweet sweet. But in real wine terms , sweet can be fruity , tangy , can be sweet in the pallete but have a longer oaky smokey taste..
Only the hella cheapo Sweet Wine.. are those added with sugar n has no characteristics whatsoever. -
