  turns out, i didnt go to the lab today.
  
  wanted to.
  
  i really did.
  
  but aparently, "WANT" isnt quite enough.
  
  so i didnt.
  
  see, what happened was, my bro and i supposed to go out for breakfast with his friend. but, we were totally behind schedule. and we had such a slow and prolonged breakfast that my motivation for going to the lab waned over time.
  
  and so, i was sorely tempted to join them in a movie.
  
  and regretably, i gave in to that temptation.
  
  so..... i shall (try to) go to the lab tomolo.

  yesterday i cycled for more than an hour in east coast park...today feel very tired also T_T
