  bcos of low risk thats why of ungaranteed interest of 0..25% which in layamn term pathethic to put in long term......your value drops as the years go by.....thats my advise......

  its erm.. ppl need fast cash so u borrow them , got contract n binding fee. But just the interest very high lo. Like someone borrow from me 50K n cant pay back. So what i give him is , he pay me 3 K every month until he can pay me back 50K at one go lo. u know what i mean ?

  Or u can do the 1 dollar a day then u can buy n sell something etc etc. Sooner or later it will grow. Better then sitting there. Bank interests i understand is small.. but its better then nothing.

  ha ha...ar.. technically not la. Its more like licensed money lender ah. I mean u did sign the contract agreeing to pay as much n in the absence of it . Its better then confiscating all his stuffs n declaring him bankrupt lo. At least he can still survive just pay a little big more lo. I got this guy paying for more then 2 yrs liaw. I told him another 2 yrs for 4 K monthly n i let him off . Give him back his contract. am reasonable person ma.
