What Type of Books Do You Like?

no real preferences..for fiction, almost any genre will do..except for romance maybe
for non-fiction..well, most things are alright i suppose -
science fiction n fantasy
i always like to immerse myself in the world where heroes still banish evil, knights battle dragons, where everything magical or futuristic come true
my favourite authors r Simon R. Green, harry turtledove n douglas niles n other authors of the dragonlance series

I like horror genres.
Some of the best i've read are 'Pet Semetery' and 'The Relic' -
..... I prefer reading about real life story, those that came out triumphant despite against all odds. Especially through a serious illness or personal tragedy.
Social real life about different types of gangsters in different countries, like the yakuza, italian mafia, russian mobs or the various american streets' gangs
I read autobiography, from Mother Theresa to famous rock stars.
At times i read books on self improvement too.

Non-fiction since a rather young age... Made me felt weirdo back then in the library... Almost all students would go after the same type of books.. Only once in a blue moon then will see one who read non-fiction...?

Non-fictional books - I like reading the different points of views.
Mystery/thriller books - I think my nick says it all. Nancy Drew books... but not the campus version please. Sucks great time. A few others which I like, Momo, Z for Zachariah and a few I can't recall.

Fantasy novels, especially Harry Potter. My favourite characters are Ginny Weasley, Ron Weasley and Remus Lupin.
