damn last night was drinking with these 'models'. Miss World Model winner , Miss cheong sam, miss tourism... nowadays the quality and standards has droppped... sigh
they are very pretty n exotic , mixed blood... but suprisingly unintelligent , not witty and just... boring...
but at least they are good eye candy.
Feels like anyone can be a 'model' nowadays.. -
As u all know , i did post a topic about marriage , but got little feedback. Well.. i am in this situation again.
Lately , my girl's parents has been persuading her and also suggesting that we get married. Until today including 2 previous relationships , i was asked to marry thier daughter. I was offered a sit down to discuss terms n conditions. I must admit that the terms they offer me is pretty good and advantages , but i seriously have not even though about marriage.
I for one do not think i am so ready for marriage , and i have been wondering what did i do to make them want to wed thier daughter off to me!? Besides maybe some obvious things like maybe money , influencial parents, higher education maybe a better future for her , Jiao4 Yang3 Hen3 Gao1.. although in front of parents of course my act act ma right?
Now its like , either have a future together , or stop seeing thier daughter. Its like blackmail man! Although i understand they are looking out for the interests of thier daughter , this is just a bit too much liaw. You guys ever face this situation before? N what is thier parents thinking! Still so conservative.. they need to look past somethings n move forward... damn man.
Anyways just ranting.. he he.. early morning.. oops.. more like afternoon -

honestly speaking.. i think i am being selfish .. because i only think of what i still want to do , and i just worry that marriage will stop me from achieving more , without the restriction and thought of family ah.. sigh..
But the older i get the bigger the gap me n my precious offsprings will be. Sigh! -

our church is under some major-ass renovations at the moment.. so the school next to the church has graciously allowed us to use their parking facilities...
when the carpark is full, the wardens close the gate and the security man of the school resumes his duties...
some asswipes in the church... cannot find a parking space, but instead of walking about another 30 metres to the public car park, will tell the security man that they are trying to make a U-turn... they then go against the flow of traffic after the security man raises the barriers, and then disappear into the carpark, double-parking their car and causing major obstructions...
the point is this... the dishonesty of the few.. in order to obtain instant self-gratification, may cause the whole congregation to lose the privileges of the parking lot...
like a lot of people are blind to in our society, where the principles of Machiavelli are followed.. the hell with everyone else, my ends justify the means..
the asswipe got his parking space.. the security guard had many weekends of explaining to the principal of the school until one sunday, he got the principal to look at the situation and it blew up for the church...
the asswipe would probably not care.. he got his parking space in the weeks before.. he probably will complain to the parish priest why we don't have parking if the school decides to not allow us to park anymore.. what everyone else paid for his dishonesty and his selfishness, is probably going to be immaterial to him..
that is the cost of dishonesty.. and the type of rationalisation to defend dishonesty..
btw, hisk.. you have to learn to keep quiet.. if you have nothing good to say, you don't have to say it..

I just called MOE, the lady who is in charge of my application is pretty nice, she asked me to send in the acknowledgement letter first so that they can help me to get an employment pass, then if I am still not released from my sponsor by September, i can get a defer from MOE to start my contract teaching next year -
