  If you had said, 'Hey, I'm glad you got back safely', then that would have been perfectly all right.
  
  By saying 'luckily (you) never got raped', there were all sorts of unpleasant connotations in that statement which I won't elaborate upon since we have ladies in this crapbox, including alfa herself.
