how do u sleep? do u have any habits regarding sleep? do u snore? do u talk in ur sleep? do u kick nuts? do u perhaps need to stroke ur teddy bear on the head clockwise 7-7-49 times before u can sleep?

everytime I sleep. After that, I'll think of my worst enemy and thinking all those torture method to torture him. 
When I am sleeping, how do I know I snore?

When I sleep, I sleep. Depending on where, I can be a light sleeper or heavy sleeper. -
unless i slp after 3am, i will always wake up at 10am (provided no sch)
body clock damn accurate

I think of her every night before i sleep,and i must have my Ah brown and Xiao hui with me then i can sleep one.(Both are my bears)

Actually i suffer insomnia. N i dream alot . I always automatically wake up real early.
So far the only rememdy is to drink.. n sometimes gets so wasted that i reckon those are my best sleeps.. ~

..... Before I go to sleep, I must listen to some soft music, eat some night snack and then brush my teeth. I can't sleep if I forget to brush my teeth. And also i hung a dream catcher above my bed.
