  A penthouse will be good provided the view is not block by another building. Dun have to be very big.
  
  As long as there are a nice living room and a dinning room that's comfortable for 10 people,
  
  3 bed rooms, 1 study room, an airy kitchen, and maybe another room for guest/etc.
  
  And, yes, I'll like something by the sea.

  think u should start buying a piece of land in the alps or some hilly region in the mountains with nice streams and trees. Cause if global warming really hits up , its gonna flood the entire earth and u have the prime land all to yourself. he he

  One that's well-insulated, but allows plenty of natural light in. I think the black-and-white bungalows are nice too, as are the raised ones.
