You know, maybe I dun fully grasp the concept of money.

You know hor, I sometimes wonder why I am not very money-minded, or money face or similar things. I mean, okay, I understand how to use money, know what kind of things I can go and buy etc but then, I dun have this "money is everything" type of mentality. In fact, in the past, I really hate it when money comes into any conversational topic.
Even when I received my very first pay-check today, I just opened it, check everything's in detail and then dumped it into my bag. I dun jump for joy or cry out loud or similar things like that. I wonder why?
Maybe it's because I've already decided how to split my pay for different necessary purposes? That's why I'm feeling so bo-chup right now? One thing about me is that I dun really pamper myself by going for and buying those popular items like iPods lah, new handphones lah, whatever lah....Only when I am in dire need of it, for some purpose, then that's when I get it myself.
Miser? No, I dun think so. Maybe so if I stayed away from those flag days people every weekend.
Anyone has any opinions?

When you grow older (in terms of maturity), you'll realize the importance of money in life.

Money is important but growing too attached to it has bad consequences, you become slave to money lor. Not to mention, when you too emo towards money, then you tend to shift away from human relationships. Everything has to have a balance.

Money is a tool that will give u advantage over everything. Maybe u should think like that. More money , more opportunities and advantages.

it is cos you dun really need money for something yet, for example if you need the money for further studies or to get married or when you have your own family...that time you will see the importance of it...
