how often do you use the F word?

i had 1 fren 10 sentnces come out from him. 9 got the CB

i never utter the word in front of friends. even when i am seriously pissed, i will always forcefully abort the word at the "ffffff...." sound. and i will take a deep breath to calm myself. and apologise for almost saying that word.
but at home, alone, say, i snubbed my toe again a table, then i will cry "fark!" and curse the table to hell.
i do that around my brothersalso. but never when my mum or dad are around.

I dont like to use F word , almost never came out before
but i got friend use F word more than ''A'' ''and'' ''the'' -

i always use the f Words.
fish.
food.
family.
alot of f words. -
sometimes when i'm very angry or very frustrated. replace very with the f word. thank you.
