Consumers confidence. True , thats what it markets itself to be.So have the creditation. But how about the internal mechanics of how it gets done. I think it controls more of the output then the quality. Customers may think that there is quality and the confidence in it but actually it just pushes the problem down the line.Originally posted by alfagal:think.. it helps to increase consumer's confidence in e product generally..
LOL! thats my whole point ma.. after u read down ... when u 'wtf' then u realise u dunno what it is.. then fair enough lo. he heOriginally posted by starblue:you should have placed "do you even know what ISO : 9000 is?" as the first question...
cos i would have failed that and said so immediately, and not have wasted time reading the whole list of questions to which i dun have any answers.
if it isn't broke, don't bother fixing it.Originally posted by BadzMaro:Cause there is a branch office and up top wants it to be ISO:9000++ certified. If doing that will change most of the ways staff do work. And it costs more money. And currently i do not see a need for it. We are actually ISO 9000 ready , but some stuffs impossible to certified. Like calibration for massive quarry machinery. Confirm cannot pass one. N so far the branch is doing fine. So i am actually against it.. so this is still in debate just want to see how u guys see it as.
