Yeah... I guess being vain also means that he/she tends to be a perfectionist. More meticulous.

Good morning Crap Box! heh heh
Finally finish my tutorial.. aaah.. song ar. Man.. the tutorial is harder then my previous first year degree... shiet.. cant imagine what the essays and exams is gonna be like.. i am so not good at writing long essays. Totally 0 physics n mathematics involved. 120% brainpower and brainstorming. LoL!
LOL... tutorial? I think it sounds more like essay.
By the way, good morning crapbox.
Afternoon crapbox.
just finished an assignment.... had to review 2 separate scientific papers written by 2 of my peers (their identities are unknown, cos we have to use a pen name).
one of those papers is a nightmare. i screamed in frustrations a couple of times in the process of reviewing it (u have to state specifically what line in what page must change to what, and so on). i have to practically write the entire paper for him again.
wth.... 23 (or 25) year old le the england still suck likes hel.
Afternoon
maybe not..
nice crap box... so much crap in here thers like 42 pages of crap...
I feel like a failure in class today T_T
wut ? why u say so,
What did the students do?
students kept talking nonstop and with their form teacher in the room together with me, it is very hard for me to exert my authority...cos the moment I did something different, they will question my method...
:(
That... frankly... yes, it can dishearten a teacher... because I've been through that, as a student. Not many of us are happy when the new trainee English and Maths teachers have their own thinking, do things their own way... it bugs us so badly that we will retaliate...
From a student's perspective... we don't like changes. It's not easy for us to accept changes, whether or not it's good for us.
I guess you have to make small changes rather than huge ones. Tweak the method bit by bit... before finally implementing the big change.
