  but seriously lou han gou works for heaty. maybe you can get ice cream and sprinkle the powder on top haha. go drink more water. coke will dehydrate you

  hmmz true do get cravings. been trying to sub that with juices when got craving but like not much use haha. erm swam + soak. but my goggles no degree cannot let y eyes do exercise also =(
