  I use sleeping pills to switch my timings.

  As in like change my body clock so i can wake up early.

  there's something call melatonin! its not addictive unlike sleeping pill..

  pple take this whenever they have jetlag etc...

  can help u to adjust ur bioclock...available at GNC etc..

  it helps u to sleep and wakes up feeling fresher
