very common. same with insurance and some sales jobs. They use all sorts of titles and what not to reel pple in. dam dishonest.........

From this, i think i can somewhat assume those iso 9001 and consumer satisfaction certificates are rubbish.

ISO is only about processes. it seriously says nothgin abotu your products or even how good your processes are. merely that you have processes that have been set down some where.....

damn...
i am lucky to even get 10% . lol.. i exhausted most of my funds overseas already. I was supposed to be attached to one the firms but not getting much pay though. So thinking of just staying in this town n do works at site with cousin. Will get higher pay. My mum knows i low on funds liaw. lol.. so think she instead increase my pay substantially. But my dad telling me to work for him. he promise me even bigger .. fatter paycheck . He says all i gotta do is say yes n go back up.
Which i may just do so. hahaha. Or i can just ask them for money. LOL! which is lame.
