I also have friend doing that, happy for them. actually I'm quite nervious about my friends being pilots, unless they are like those super steady types. I mean what if you board the plane and you find out the pilot is your friend whom you know is a scatter brain and very clumsy................

It is IELTS essays.
I used to teach that back in JB ma. One of my friends heard that I am now in Singapore and she is taking the test soon together with her sis. I am going to tutor her but her sis wants me to just grade her essays. So dunno how much to charge for just marking essays.
i did IELTS before lol. easy peasy. hahaha.. =x i didnt know why i needed to take it.
i suggest you estimate you will take how much time to mark the paper then just charge based on time spent.
btw make sure you tie down what marking means. how much comments you need to put in. whether you need to explain to the person in person etc. I suspect what's going to happen is that the sis ask you to mark, then when you come to teach your friend will come in kajiao you either during or after the lesson

I will just mark and return the script to my fren when she comes for her lesson to return to her sis. Her sis is not here, in JB rite now that's why she couldn't attend the lesson

Yea, will clarify with her when she is here tonight.
It depends on the quality of the essay also actually, and her proficiency level. If she is already a very good writer, there is few things which I can comment on. But if it is those very atrocious one, then I might to spend two hours correcting it lolz.
