  i m tired after a full days of class...thursday is the day with the worst schedule...whole day with not even a break in between T_T

  but you're more mentally tired than physically tired. Personnally I don't find exercise relax or what not, but I do find that after a long tiring day at work + fustrated, I can exercise and feel less tortured. So I guess it helps haha

  bad day at work urghz..

  went for lunch and saw a lil co.ckroach lik insect in my food

  went to change..still see an ant..angry man..din wanna eat anymore nor anything from that stall next time!

  but e anutie quite poor thing..she and her son helps out e stall..

  his son has down syndrome..has to watch him all e time although e son does some 'waitering'
