I've always gotten the sense that going to these is like getting another company on the employer's side. as in the agency will help the employer to bring down your pay expectations and such.

if u really got 'liao' pple wont turn u down one lar..negotiation power comes naturally...
even if so...if u think agency cutting down ur pay so they can earn more...is v wrong concept lehz..e lower ur pay e lesser e agency gets..
