(With Out ABS)Any Way To not lock the Wheels ?????

  when u ram the brakes, before wheel lock release abit and ram again?

  Dont ram all the way.....
  press gradually from mid to hard.... and when heard a bit screetching sound.... dont continue press all the way down as it will skid indefinetely.
  
  But if its really really emergency, then no choice.
  
  But if you are on low or mid speed, ABS actually takes longer time and distance to stop!!!

  oh well if u were talking about E brakes, then i suppose u need to pump the brakes. If u were talking about racing, then u could avoid locking without ABS with a good feel for the pedal.

  ya ABS' primary aim is to prevent locking of wheels and hence loss of driver control. it doesn't signficantly help in reducing braking distance.

  do not clutch in.
  
  depress the brakes, release, depress again.
  
  most importantly, do not go into free wheeling.
