wats the meaning of cross posting?

  hi...can mods explain what is the meaning of cross posting? saw that term in the locked Redline Engine oil thread.

  u copy the entire text, which u juz posted in tis topic, and copy the title, den make an exact copy of this topic in another forum and see. sure kana one, cannot post same topics in 2 different forums.
