Grandis and Outlander Engine Same?

  Hey guys u see i was at the Mitsubishi Singapore Website and i looked at both's techical specs and most of them were same. Like both's transmission was INVECS-II 4 Speed A/T with Sport Modes and the Engines were 4G69 MIVECSs and types were SOHC 16 valves, 4 cycles, In-line 4 Cylinders leh
  so am i correct that both have same engine base? Of course there is diff like 4WD etc. and what does it means by 4 cycles?

  its 4 stroke... intake, compression, combustion, exhaust...
  
  are both the displacements the same?

  yeah both of them are 2378 cubic centimeter aka 2378 cc

  den same lor... but diff drivetrains, weights and body chasis means diff performance...

  yeah lor
  The Grandis have 2 more torque than the Outlander and 5 more PS than Outlander. But should be vice versa as Outlander is for off road u know....
