  Direct rivals include Accord Euro R and Subaru Legacy GT. Most probably will be priced around the same level as these two car. Should be around the range, maybe $110k to $130k
  
  6 spd manual will make it more appealing to the GT (Auto)
  4wd will make it more appealing than the R (FWD)
