our monthly COE prices can be controlled by us???
heard that last time the motorcycle COE is all the way $1 only..hehe
why cars 1 cannot ar?
if every month less than $1000,how good man..
but got pros and cons lah..hehe

errr....it is a freak thing.. but it will never dropped to 1000 bucks again.. since nowadays COE is mostly a controlled item...it will hang around the 20-30K range...

if you take note of how the COE bidding goes, U will find that The actions will start from 12 noon on the last day of the bidding. This is the time when all the big boys joined in the actions
If the price is still low, everyone will increase their reserve price to get more COE. Therefore, unless something very freak happens again, COE prices will be unlikely drop to below 10k or even below 20k.
