  then his writing has to improve. but hmmmm its still disappointing. the time difference over the Carrera GT is not that big, considering how vastly superior the Enzo is to the Carrera GT.

  That isn't entirely fair because the Porsche is more difficult to master, with a fully manual gearbox and fewer electronics. You watched the episode where Stiggy spun it all morning at Hammerhead didn't you?

  I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks the British cars Clarkson likes, using the excuse that they are full of 'character', are rubbish? MG-TF, anyone?

  agreed. the Ferrari nannyfoots u, whereas the porsche's a real men's racing car. Even Walter Röhrl, rally and touring car champion, who is porsche's chief test driver, crashed 2 Carera GTs while testing at the Nürburgring.

  Ford GT isn't really rubbish... then again it isn't really british.

  As for Jaguars, the only worthwhile car they make is the XJ. The XK is also rally nice though it needs more cabin space, while the S- and X-Types are complete Ford rubbish.

  Find a car with a manual gearbox.
  
  Look for the biggest number on the gearshift and stare at it.
  
  Seriously, it's on BBC World (Ch 13), Thursdays 4.30am (now that it's winter) and 9.30pm, Saturdays 12.30am, Sundays 1.30pm (again in winter).
