??? GAL2, please explain why you say that for outdoor sales, lancer isn't a good choice? Is it because of its FC?Originally posted by GAL2:If u r working as outdoor sales, Lancer is not a gd choice... For normal driving, Lancer is a gd car...
Point taken. Vios manual cannot be test-driven at the dealer's side, they only allow auto test-drive. That info on the clutch would be quite valuable.Originally posted by RooP:......another thing which i think Vios dun have is the "racer" type of sound when you start the engine..hahaa...*thats my opinion*..it sounds like got turbo loh..very shiok..![]()
another thing i dun like about toyota MT cars is the clutch..its much stiffer compared to the lancer..
Dun u agree tat Mitsubishi car FC is higher, if u r doing outdr sales, u r running abt singaporewide, am i rite to say tat ur fuel will b veri ex?Originally posted by wbucket:??? GAL2, please explain why you say that for outdoor sales, lancer isn't a good choice? Is it because of its FC?
Anyway, comparing Vios and Lancer, Lancer gives a all-round nice feeling. But FC is higher compared to Vios. Lancer is about 12-13km/L, Vios about 15km/L.
I made a estimation, if you spend 200dollar on Vios a month, you will save S$5000 more on Lancer in a 10 years period.
To choose Vios or Lancer, guess it would be how confidence you are on each brand. Mitsubishi motors seems to be going downhill lately. And is Toyota a strong enough brand to make its thailand made car worth it?
